Small Group Ministry:
Small Groups Invite You to Come and

Become Relational!

One of the marks of being a follower of Jesus is developing spiritual friendships.  “Spiritual friends pray for and with each other, share insights into Scripture, and help one another reflect on the ways God is present and active in their lives.” (from Power Surge by Michael W. Foss)

Develop your spiritual friendships at Word of Peace by attending a Small Group!

A free, continental breakfast of rolls, juice, and coffee (sometimes even egg bake, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage) is provided, followed by a meaningful exploration and discussion of a book of the Bible.

We know that we are saved by grace, but James' letter to all God's people - scattered over the world - emphasizes the importance of actions along with faith, in the practice of the Christian religion.  Christians don't have the luxury of believing one way and living another.  Jesus was very clear how he wanted us to live our lives.  We must put feet on our faith, live our faith through action.  Come study the book of James with us.
